What gets deleted
- Your sign-in (Google, Apple or e-mail and password) is deleted immediately, and you are signed out everywhere.
- Your profile, My Money data (income, bills, transactions, goals) and notification inbox are deactivated immediately. They can no longer be viewed or restored, and they are never used to contact you.
- Notifications to your devices stop.
- Archived records are kept only for record-keeping, security and legal obligations. To have them erased permanently, e-mail mahshaddxb@gmail.com from your sign-in address, and we will erase them within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep them. See the Privacy Policy, section 9.
- If you sign up again later, you start with a new, empty account.
Option 1: in the app
Open Trad-Axis → Profile → Delete account, then confirm.
Option 2: on this page
Sign in with the same method you use in the app, so we know the account is yours.

Option 3: by e-mail
Send a deletion request from the e-mail address you sign in with to mahshaddxb@gmail.com. We complete e-mail requests within 7 days and confirm by reply.
