Terms and Conditions

Effective 1 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and First Logic Meta Lab Pvt Ltd, India ("we", "us"), about your use of the Trad-Axis mobile app and related websites (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Trad-Axis provides:

• market news headlines and an economic calendar, with optional reminders;
• My Money, a personal budget planner for recording income, bills, spending and savings goals.

The service is free of charge. It has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. We may add, change or remove features, or suspend or stop the service, at any time. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you about major changes in advance.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You sign in with Google, Apple or an e-mail and password. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information, and tell us at mahshaddxb@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Third-party content

News headlines and calendar data come from third-party sources. We do not create or edit them, and we do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or timely. Times, forecasts and figures can be delayed, revised or wrong. Links take you to third-party websites, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content.

5. My Money

• My Money is a planning tool. Its totals, "left for you" figures, goal projections and reports are calculated only from the entries you make, so they are only as accurate as those entries.
• It does not connect to your bank, move money, or make payments. Bill reminders are a convenience. You remain responsible for paying your bills on time.
• Do not store bank account numbers, card numbers, passwords or other credentials in My Money.

6. Your content

The data you enter ("your content") stays yours. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display your content only so we can provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service in a way that breaks any law;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems or data;
• reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or overload the service, except where the law expressly allows it;
• copy, resell, or redistribute news or calendar content from the service for commercial purposes;
• upload malicious code, or use the service to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, the Trad-Axis name and logo, and its software belong to First Logic Meta Lab Pvt Ltd or our licensors. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms. Third-party news and data remain the property of their owners.

9. Deleting your account and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account under Profile → Delete account in the app, or at trad-axis.web.app/delete-account. What happens to your data is explained in section 9 of the Privacy Policy. If you sign up again, you start with a new, empty account.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop the service. Sections 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that notifications will always arrive on time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, First Logic Meta Lab Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. This includes any loss of profits, trading or investment losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its content. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by e-mail before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to any consumer protections that apply to you where you live.

15. App Store terms

If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and First Logic Meta Lab Pvt Ltd only, not Apple, and Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies where these terms do not cover a point. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no warranty obligation, and is not responsible for any product claims, for claims that the app infringes third-party intellectual property, or for legal or regulatory compliance claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

If you downloaded the app from Google Play, Google Play's terms of service also apply to your download.

16. General

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these terms. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.
